  • Who holds healers? What happens to our burn out? Where does the trauma we witness go? What happens to our trauma when we are also working with others trauma? We need spaces where are held, too. We need spaces for healers who have trauma to be compassionately tended to. We need spaces that aren’t work. We need time to be with our inner world, and with others . I facilitate support spaces for healers with trauma who need some extra tending. These cohorts are small and dedicated to your daily individual needs (rituals, routines, tools, etc), and as a cohort we come together monthly to support one another. You’re always welcome to book a 1:1 nervous system nourishment session if your time is limited.

  • Aren’t you sick of looking at insta marketing coaches who sell things utilizing scarcity? I focus our work on being honest & ethical when working with business owners. The largest take away is, you likely already have the skills - you might just need someone to show you how to utilize these skills in a way that grants you the ability to feel more agency and hope for your work. Or, maybe you just need to restructure parts of your business to meet you where you’re at now. Whatever is coming up for you, together we make a plan, and we focus on your values and needs.

  • Wow, how exhausted are you, am I right? Because it’s a shit show out there, and it can be easy to overwork in late stage capitalism. Truthfully, sometimes we must to survive. How do we hold nuance, and take care of ourselves? How can we cultivate daily rituals and routines so that you are not working 24/7? We need time to be human, to breathe, to find joy, etc. You can find out more about this offering either through a 1:1, or joining an ongoing group where we learn these practical tools.

  • These cohorts are designed to enliven your inner creative being. Burn out, secondary trauma, the hellish system, all these things can take away from our energy. One of the kindest things we can do for ourselves is to find pockets of self presence. These spaces are generally held in the morning. We focus on:

    • intention setting

    • ritualizing and routine building

    • journaling and self inquiry

    • creative and practices

    • somatic tools for your long day

  • I started spiral tending because I believe that in the mental health field, there are few support spaces for healers. We witness too much not to be held with greater compassion and care. We need spaces where we can recharge, collapse, exist, and not work.
